All successful people suffer a string of failures. That's how you know they're doing something. Musk isn't so much a pioneer as someone who identifies the next step, as he did with Tesla. And don't write off Hyperloop yet. Many are being built around the world and they may yet turn out to be highly successful. More than can be said for the stupid Vegas Loop.
