Good. I wrote my own article on this topic earlier this year. Yeah, tech interviews totally suck. The way I've added incredible members to my teams over the years is simply talking. Forget quizzing the applicant. Get them to open up and talk about something they built. THEN ask questions. Drill deeper. Ask Why. You can tell a lot by the detail of their answers and how much passion is in their eyes. Seriously, just talking tech like a couple of buddies has always been my secret to recruiting incredible talent.
