I tip well for the reasons we all expect, but given the choice I wish tipping as a course of normal action would go away. It's not economics, as proven by every other country in the world. Economics says that if a business is not making money (or only at the expense of slave wages) then it deserves to go out of business. Why are Americans so fond of propping up or bailing out unprofitable businesses? It's all BS.
