This has been happening for years and Amazon knows full well that it goes on. They choose not to stop it because the customer is always right. What this does is drive authors to promote more of their work on non-Amazon platforms. As usual, a few readers are ruining it for everyone else. This is theft, systematic theft, and needs to stop.
