You must have an older model? Mine has never gotten stuck, though confused sometimes if I move things around. It's also pretty quiet. I'd say it vacuums my LVP floors to about 98% effectiveness, as low as 90% around the litter tray. The little spinning side brush tends to flick the litter out the side onto parts Lizzy has already cleaned.

I have an area like your crossbar-chair. It's never gotten stuck but makes so much noise there, I declared it a no-clean zone. I really hope yours has the no-clean and extra-clean zones. Very useful.
